Who we are

Arena Payback ("we", "us") operates this site and is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address and password, and any name or phone number we ask for at sign-up.
  • Messages: what you write in the Support chat, and any files you attach.
  • Payment evidence: screenshots or other proof you send us for a purchase or redemption.
  • Account activity: your coin balance and every change to it, the requests you make and our staff's decisions on them, and records of which version of our documents you accepted.
  • Technical information: your IP address, device and browser details, and the cookies this site needs to keep you signed in and to remember your choices.

What we may also collect

Depending on how this site is set up, we may:

  • use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site;
  • let you sign in with Google, in which case we receive your name and email address from Google;
  • check your identity before a redemption above a certain size, and keep a record that we did so, how, and any notes;
  • send you marketing emails, but only if you agreed to receive them;
  • run prize draws or promotions and record their results;
  • record who referred you to us, or whom you referred.

How we use it

We use your information to run your account, review and record coin requests, answer your messages, keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share your information with our service providers who host and operate this site on our behalf, and only for that purpose. We also share it where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open and for as long as we need it afterwards to meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes and keep an accurate record of your account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Security

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is completely secure.

Age

This site is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold information about someone under that age, we will close the account.

Chat before you create an account

You can chat with our Support team before you create an account. When you do:

  • we keep a cookie in your browser so that this browser can reopen the chat for 30 days after you last use it; another device cannot;
  • we keep the messages and images you send like any other Support messages. The 30 days is how long your browser can reopen the chat, not how long we keep it;
  • if you sign up or sign in on the same browser, the chat and its images become part of your account, and an image you sent may be used as evidence for a purchase you ask us to credit;
  • a link we give your browser to view an image works for at most five minutes.

Changes to this policy

We may change this Privacy Policy. When we do, we publish the new version on this page with its version number and date, and we may tell you by email.
